The easiest way to burn Calories | The Pack Virgin Active

Last week I was invited down to London Mayfair by Virgin active health club to take part in their newest fitness class The Pack, a cycle-based workout which pits three teams against each other. You have four interactive games which are all played out on a big screen in front of you, the goal is to work as a team using technical & physical ability throughout to master the games, simply the highest scoring team wins. The games include speed control, resistance, distance & all out power. This 45min workout will have you dripping & you won’t believe how quickly the time passes, Staying focused on winning & enjoying every minute makes this the easiest cardio you will ever do. I strongly believe that if you love & enjoy exercise you will stay consistent with it & finding activity like this will be so key to achieving your personal goals. The bikes in the studio track loads of data tailored to your ride so for any gadget geeks out there you would be in heaven here, I logged a total calorie burn of 420kcals in the 45 minute cycle session so I certainly earned my soulmate foods peanut butter brownie afterwards thats for sure.
