After a day on the slopes what better way to kick back than to enjoy mulled wine and freshly roasted chestnuts. Wrapped up in a cosy festive knit, waterproof EMU boots and shearling gloves I was set for the Apres-Ski experience. As if a day in the Swiss Alps wasn’t enough of an incredible experience, we had the Chedi offering endless options to rest, relax and enjoy after the days antics. I opted for the waterproof EMU boots for the entirety of the trip and the cold wet conditions of the Swiss Alps where no match as I put them through there paces on the snowy terrain surrounding The Chedi, needless to say they withstood with ease. At the end of everyday we retreated back to the hotel room where we popped on our emu slippers and ended the day in front of the fire. The perfect Apres ski experience.
